Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking reference. This allows you to monitor your order's progress. We collaborate with trusted couriers to deliver your orders, for security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Select items are eligible for our 2-person white glove home delivery service, guaranteeing safe and careful handling during delivery.

We recommend opting for a tracked and insured return service. You may consider reputable online courier services, such as DPD or DHL, which offer both collection and drop-off options. Keep in mind that certain drop-off services might require you to print the label.
