Returns Policy

 At Kulani Home we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Our returns policy is 30 days. 


If you wish to return and item please email us at with your order number and we will respond within 24hrs. We will then issue the returns instructions. If the item is being returned under buyers remorse and is in good working order (not damaged or missing parts) you are responsible for the return delivery costs. If the item is damaged or missing parts Kulani Home is responsible for the return costs. It's that simple!

If you do not wish to keep an item, you must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) no later than 30 days from the day the item was delivered.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Providing your order number will be required. If you cannot find your order number we are able to find it for you on our system with other details.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
